Host a Campfire Gathering

Why

Multiply Impact

Why

Hosting a The Campfire Film gathering is more than organizing a screening. It is creating an experience that brings people together around meaningful conversation, connection, and enduring readiness.

Designed for military units, law enforcement agencies, fire departments, spouse support organizations, churches, and veteran communities, the gathering creates a shared environment where people can slow down, reflect, and engage with one another in a genuine and approachable way.

Set against the quiet beauty of the Florida Everglades, the film intentionally moves away from combat footage and crisis-driven storytelling, instead focusing on the conversations, relationships, and human connections that sustain people over time.

How

Multiply Impact

Why

A gathering can serve as a powerful kickoff to annual training, wellness initiatives, resilience programming, leadership development, H2F efforts, or organizational readiness events in a way that feels fresh, engaging, and relational.

Rather than beginning with another briefing or slide deck, the campfire experience creates a common starting point that opens the door to honest peer-to-peer conversation and deeper engagement.

Select hosting packages include onsite participation from members of the cast to help facilitate discussion, along with tailored training opportunities focused on wellness, spiritual readiness, resilience, suicide awareness and prevention, leadership development, train-the-trainer programs, peer support, and state law enforcement wellness requirements.

For nonprofits, churches, veteran organizations, and spouse support programs, The Campfire Film also integrates naturally alongside existing programming.

The experience can help frame and strengthen career transition courses, family and spouse initiatives, mentorship programs, peer support efforts, and community events by creating a shared foundation for conversation and connection.

The goal is not simply to show a film. It is to create an environment where people leave more connected, more prepared, and better equipped to support themselves, their families, their teams, and their communities.
